At Skate Nation.pk, we want you to receive your order in good condition and as described on our website.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must not have been damaged, modified, or misused after delivery.

Original packaging, accessories and tags should be included where applicable.

Proof of purchase/order details may be required.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

Photos/videos of the product

Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Change of Mind / Size Issues

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference may be accepted within the 7-day return period, provided the product is unused and in resalable condition.

Return delivery charges for these returns are paid by the customer.

For skating products, customers are responsible for checking the size information provided on the product page before placing an order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products

Products damaged through misuse

Products without required original packaging/accessories

Products that have been modified or altered

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and arrangements used for your order.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where the return is due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is because we sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged/defective, Skate Nation.pk will arrange or cover the reasonable return shipping cost after confirming the issue.

For customer-requested returns such as change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. How to Request a Return

Contact us through WhatsApp or the contact information provided on our website with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
